We are updating our Framework Contract in line with Regulation 76 of the European Union (Payment Services) Regulation 2018.

These updates will come into effect prior to the 9th October 2025 and include:

• The rollout of SEPA Instant Credit Transfers
• Improvements in the way our payments service operates
